The double cinnamon artisan shortbread, made with vegetable lard, sugar, and wheat flour, goes through our bakery ovens to achieve the perfect baking, giving it a dense and compact sweetness. The flavor of cinnamon sticks in this shortbread comes from the powder we obtain by grinding the cinnamon stick in our workshop, which is added during the production process. This traditional cinnamon shortbread is finished with a top layer of sesame seeds, known as ajonjolí.

This shortbread is presented in tissue paper wrapping with a white base and red and blue stars, featuring the product seal in blue at the center.
