Produced in our workshop with the same age-old recipe and the best raw materials, we carefully oversee every step of the production process to maintain the quality that represents us. The coconut Mantecados, made with lard, sugar, and wheat flour, goes through our bakery ovens to achieve the perfect baking, providing it with consistency and compacting the sweetness. The texture of these coconut Mantecados after this process is ideal, so much so that they melt in the mouth. The fresh coconut flavor of these Mantecados is imparted by the natural grated coconut added during the production process, making them the perfect treat for coconut lovers.
